Reviews and Ratings
Our stay was a mixed bag. On the bright side, the cabins were spacious and accommodating for our family, plus the atmosphere was warm and inviting thanks to the wonderful owners. However, the unexpected extra fees and the lack of proper amenities made our experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is great, easily accessible, and well-kept grounds. However, the pricing felt deceptive due to unexpected fees, and the complimentary coffee was quite disappointing. The facilities could use better maintenance and more options for guests.
The campground is situated conveniently for highway access, and the new owners are making positive changes. While the facilities are decent with free hot showers and a community kitchen, my experience was marred by some cleanliness issues and road noise. Overall, it's not a fancy spot, but it's functional for a quick stop during travels.
My stay at the cabin was mixed. The cabin was clean and cozy, but there were some concerns about water drainage around the area and extra fees that popped up unexpectedly. Overall, it can be a decent family spot with good amenities, but be cautious about the hidden charges and the upkeep of the grounds.
Staying at this resort was a highlight of our trip through Canada. We got to enjoy beautiful nature, free coffee, and even some homemade yogurt, which was a delightful surprise. The amenities like clean showers and laundry services added great value to our stay. However, the constant noise from the nearby highway was somewhat distracting during the day, and the cabin we stayed in had some water drainage issues.
